Nelson Mandela Dies at 95

Reports have confirmed that The first Black President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela has died at 95. The Nobel Peace Prize winner had been receiving treatment for prostate cancer since 2001.
He once said, "If cancer wins I will still be the better winner," he told reporters in September of 2001. "When I go to the next world, the first thing I will do is look for an ANC office to renew my membership."
Many will remember Mandela as a historical leader who touched and influenced the lives of many. The movie based on his life will premiere in theaters on Christmas Day with actor Idris Elba as the star. After dedicating his life to fight for civil rights, may God rest his soul. (1918-2013)
